At halftime Norris was leading confidentiality ahead of his teammate. However Piastri had to check the mirror frequently, because Leclerc was driving closely.

The Ferrari driver was following by 1 second Piastri permanently, but in the 18th lap Leclerc made a mistake.

At the end of lap 19th, Norris secured the sprint victory ahead of Piastri and Leclerc.

Antonelli and Russell came 5-6th only. However the Italian got a 5 seconds time penalty because of track limits. It meant a 6th position to Antonelli. The point scorers positions finished by Verstappen, Hamilton and Gasly.
