Driving Pink Change: BWT Alpine F1 Team showed the A526 livery

BWT Alpine Formula One Team, together with title partner BWT, today presented its 2026 colours for its challenger, the A526, marking the start of the 2026 FIA Formula 1 World Championship and a new era for the sport under updated regulations.

The launch took place aboard MSC Cruises’ European flagship, MSC World Europa, offering a unique international setting that reflected Formula One’s global reach. The event celebrated a partnership built on performance, innovation, and shared values, united by a mission to drive positive change on and off the racetrack.

The A526 livery was presented by race drivers Pierre Gasly and Franco Colapinto. Its striking new colours combines Alpine’s traditional blue with BWT’s signature PINK. Driven by its vision to “Change the World – sip by sip,” BWT’s signature PINK is more than a color – it is an attitude and a bold statement of innovation, sustainability and responsibility.

Pierre Gasly: “I am not setting myself any expectations. It will be a case of working really hard with the team to understand areas to improve and we will take it day by day and just try to be as competitive as we can throughout the year. Of course, I am excited and optimistic, but very much realistic in my ambitions. Right now, my feeling is of immense pride that the team has reached all its milestones in preparing the A526.”

Franco Colapinto: “We have had a good chance to see the car and prepare on the simulator. Of course, it is very different to anything I have experienced so far and I think that is the same for most drivers on the grid. There are new tricks and new challenges to learn to extract the most from the package and I see that as a truly amazing challenge.
